PC Troubleshooting

[On-site, Off-site and now Remote services available. No Fee for Pickup/DropOff]
Computer problems evaluated for Software, Hardware, ISP.  Suggestions made and standard pricing applies for HCFI to execute services.

Data Migration/Transfer/Recovery/

Includes transfer of DATA from one Hard Disk Drive to another. Usually done when upgrading to a newer larger computer or if you have to replace a failing Hard Disk Drive (Depends on amount of data and its difficulty to retrieve)

Backup/Disaster Recovery 

So you back up your data every night, or once a week,  oh come on at least once a month...   Are you sure it's really backed up?  Have you tried to restore from your backup in the last say... 6 months?    How much data are you willing to recreate or lose all together?  At HCFI, we focus on making your backup work as you expect it to. You need the right Hardware and Software to make yourself feel secure in your backups.

Networking for your Home/Office

Evaluation and suggestion of upgradeability per original manufacturers hardware specifications. Consulting services for upgrades to New or Additional peripherals... CPU, Memory enhancements, Audio and Video upgrades, CD Burners, DVD Burners, Digital Camera operations. Help with planning Software upgrade path per manufacturers suggestions and your needs.

Re-Image Existing Computer to Factory Setting
Return computer to original image as when purchased.
NOTE: Customer must have all original CD's from computer manufacturer.

Virus, Spyware Scanning / Eradication

Computer slowing down? Not sure why? Could be a virus or spyware. Scan and removal only.
NOTE: Customer must have valid licenses for ALL Anti-Virus and/or SpyWare/Malware software.
